This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and shipped from NovaStream (novastream.best). It applies to all items shipped by me, including products sold directly.

This policy details how I handle shipping for orders placed on NovaStream.best. My goal is to ensure your order is shipped safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to provide a positive experience.
2. Selection of Carriers
I partner with reputable carriers that offer reliable service and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Carriers are selected based on service quality, reliability, delivery speed, coverage for your location, and cost-effectiveness. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
3. Shipping Methods & Destinations
Standard US Destinations: Typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery.
Remote US Areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories): May require USPS Priority Mail or other specific services, potentially incurring longer transit times or additional costs.
International Destinations: Shipped via USPS International Priority, UPS Worldwide, FedEx International, or DHL. Service chosen depends on destination, cost, and speed.
Special Items: Items that are fragile, high-value, oversized, or require specific conditions (like temperature control) will be shipped using appropriate packaging and potentially specialized carriers/services. Hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
4. Processing & Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing: I aim to process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes packing and generating shipping labels.
Shipping Transit: Once handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times depend on the service selected and destination:
Continental US: Typically 2-7 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: Typically 5-10+ business days.
International: Varies significantly by country (often 7-21+ business days). Customs clearance can add additional time.
Specific Product Notes: If a product page lists a specific processing time (e.g., “Ships within 7 days,” “Made to Order”), that timeframe overrides the standard processing estimate. Shipping transit time begins afterprocessing is complete.
5. Shipping Fees

Domestic US Remote Areas (AK, HI, PR, Territories): Orders shipping to these destinations may incur an additional surcharge. This fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. The exact cost will be displayed and charged during checkout.
6. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Responsibilities)
My Error (Wrong or Damaged Item): If I send the incorrect item or an item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, I will cover the cost of return shipping and the cost to ship the correct replacement item to you.
Customer-Initiated Return/Exchange (e.g., Change of Mind, Size): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If an exchange is requested and approved, I will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. Returns must be initiated within my stated return window (typically 14-30 days) and items must be unused and in original condition with tags/packaging.
Refused/Undeliverable Due to Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to me because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, or if you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued minus these costs.
7. Risk of Loss & Title
Responsibility for the items (risk of loss or damage) transfers to you once I hand the package over to the shipping carrier for delivery. Title (ownership) transfers upon delivery to you.
8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
I comply with all applicable laws and carrier regulations regarding prohibited and restricted items. This includes, but is not limited to, hazardous materials, certain liquids, batteries, weapons, and illegal substances. You are responsible for ensuring any items you order comply with the laws of your destination country/region. I reserve the right to cancel orders containing prohibited items.
9. Force Majeure
I cannot be held responsible for delays or failures in shipping caused by events beyond my reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or significant disruptions within the carrier networks.

I reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page (novastream.best/shipping-policyor similar). Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
